PhD in Economics, Specialist in Agribusiness and Government Projects
Parvin Idrisli is a professional specialist specializing in agribusiness management, investment project analysis, and agricultural economics. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in “World Economy” from ADAU in 2013 and her Master’s degree in “Agribusiness Management” from the University of Debrecen, Hungary, in 2018. In 2025, she was awarded the PhD degree in Economics.
Scientific and Professional Career:
• Career Path: Currently, she works as a leading specialist at the Agricultural Research Center under the Ministry of Agriculture. At the same time, she serves as a researcher at the Economic Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy.
• Project Management: As a senior consultant and agribusiness specialist at the Agrarian Credit and Development Agency (AKIA), she has 5 years of experience in the management and monitoring of large-scale projects jointly implemented by the World Bank and the UN (FAO), such as AMAL and the “Agricultural Competitiveness Improvement Project.”
• Academic Contribution: She has taught “Business Essentials” in English at the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ADAU) and led cooperation projects with foreign universities as a specialist in the university’s International Relations Department.
International Projects:
• Global Expertise: She has participated in international programs of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) on risk communication and presentation skills. She represented our country at a seminar on “Seed Production and Management” held in the People’s Republic of China.
• Certification: She holds an internal auditor certificate for ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management System” from the Turkish representative office of KIWA.

Parvin Idrisli has extensive experience in investment project analysis, preparation of feasibility studies, and working with farmers in the regions.
